Today, the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a series of training and awareness sessions aimed at enhancing employees’ legal awareness and promoting compliance with professional ethics and safety requirements.

First, National Archives staff member Omirzai Sarsembayev conducted a training session on the established procedures for handling documents marked “For Official Use Only” (ДСП), explaining the applicable requirements and rules for working with such documents.

In addition, National Archives Compliance Officer Yermek Satybaldinov familiarized employees with the key provisions of the Policy on the Identification and Resolution of Conflicts of Interest and the Anti-Corruption Standard. The session covered employees’ responsibilities in preventing corruption, complying with professional ethics and observing legal requirements.

As part of the event, Chief Engineer Maksim Tuyashev conducted a fire safety briefing. Occupational Health and Technical Safety Engineer Kanat Balkybekov delivered a lecture on occupational health and safety requirements and presented relevant video materials.

Such training and awareness activities contribute to strengthening employees’ responsibility and fostering a safe, well-organized working environment that complies with established requirements.
