Literary and Musical Evening: “I Love Life with All My Soul”

On September 3, 2025, the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a literary and musical evening titled “I Love Life with All My Soul.” The event was dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the birth of Akim Iskak—an Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, poet, composer, and co-author of the first law “On Population Migration” in the Kazakh language.

The evening was moderated by Dauletkerey Kabuly, a laureate of the “Alash” International Literary Prize, poet, and director of the “ALZHIR” Memorial Museum Complex. Participants included Sagila Nurlanova, Director of the National Archives of the RK, deputies of the Senate and Mazhilis of the Parliament of the RK, state and public figures, as well as writers and poets who shared heartfelt memories of Akim Iskak’s contributions and creative work in the country.

As part of the event, the poet’s poems “I Love Life with All My Soul” and “Who Would You Be?” were performed. A photo-documentary exhibition was also organized, showcasing his life and career. It featured his literary and musical heritage, interviews, and rare photographs published in the press.
