The Legal and Human Resources Department is a structural subdivision of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the National Archival Fund and Archives,” the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Procurement,” the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the orders and instructions of the Director.
The main tasks of the department are: legal regulation of issues falling within the competence of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coordination of the work of structural subdivisions, participation in the legal review of regulatory legal acts developed by the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, human resources and documentation support, organizing the reception of citizens, organizing professional development for employees, registering incoming and outgoing correspondence, controlling the execution of documents, and monitoring employee compliance with labor standards and internal regulations.
