The Financial and Economic Department of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a structural subdivision of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The primary tasks of the department are maintaining accounting records for all transactions, providing operational information, and ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements; timely payroll calculation; prompt submission of corporate income tax, social tax, statistical, and accounts receivable and payable reports; ensuring the submission of the financing plan execution balance to the relevant authorities; and submitting budget requests and financing plan execution reports for the relevant period to the appropriate authorities.
